Selesthetic is an official distributor of professional aesthetic and dermatological products operating exclusively in the B2B segment. We work only with professionals in the fields of aesthetic medicine and cosmetology, providing certified products, reliable service, and dedicated partnership support.
Who can become a Selesthetic client
Selesthetic clients may include:
- legal entities;
- sole proprietors (individual entrepreneurs);
- independent cosmetologists without sole proprietor status.
Confirmation of professional qualifications is a mandatory requirement for cooperation. To place an order, clients must provide a diploma confirming their qualification as a cosmetologist or dermatologist. This allows us to ensure the safe and responsible use of professional products.
Order placement process
Selesthetic products are not sold through the standard shopping cart on the website.
The ordering process consists of several steps:
- The client completes the form on the website or contacts us via our contact email.
- A Selesthetic manager contacts the client to clarify the order details.
- After verifying the diploma and confirming the client’s professional status, the manager accepts the order and agrees on the terms of cooperation.
This approach allows us to maintain high quality standards and work individually with each partner.
Payment
All Selesthetic orders are processed on the basis of 100% prepayment.
We accept:
- cash payments;
- bank transfer to the company’s account.
The payment method is agreed individually with the manager during the order process.
Order processing time
Once full payment has been received, the order is processed within one business day. The manager informs the client about the order status and the next steps regarding delivery.
Delivery
Selesthetic offers delivery by all available methods convenient for the client, including courier services and carrier pickup locations (including Nova Poshta).
Delivery charges:
- free delivery by the company’s courier for orders totaling UAH 2,000 or more;
- delivery via a carrier service (Nova Poshta) is paid by the recipient.
International delivery is available, provided that transportation is arranged by the client through their chosen carrier.
Order cancellation
The client has the right to cancel an order after payment but before the goods have been shipped. In such cases, the refund terms are agreed individually with the Selesthetic manager.
Important Information
Selesthetic reserves the right to refuse cooperation or decline an order if the client’s professional status cannot be confirmed or if the company’s terms of cooperation are not met.
